Involved in almost 800 property transactions now totaling well over $125 million worth of real estate sales, Grant always acts in a professional manner with integrity and ethics and has enjoyed numerous repeat contacts assisting his many past clients to achieve their goals. Selling real estate in the Napier residential market for over 30 years has built Grant a reputation amongst his colleagues and peers as a loyal and hardworking professional with a passion for the industry and a drive to achieve positive outcomes. Previously being the Sales/Branch Manager of the Greenmeadows/Taradale office for over 10 years, and prior to this, 2 years as Manager of the Napier Branch. He now has the role of Hawkes Bay Regional Supervisor. Another progression in Grant's career, while still busy listing and selling real estate himself. This challenging position has enabled him to pass on his skills and experience to the Property Brokers' team, whilst helping them to drive the company forward, all whilst utilizing his qualifications and assisting the team to further build on their personal development, skills and teamwork and be correctly supervised along their careers. Grant Hadfield has lived in Napier for over 50 years. He is married to Amanda and they have three daughters - Rebecca , Natasha and Briar and Grant enjoys spending family time with them whenever possible. Grant has two Grandsons Luka and Casey, they both keep Grant young!
